The building is classified as energy performance Class A, because of the use of composite thermal insulated exterior walls and roof, while all exterior aluminium doors and windows use double glazing in tinted grey color and the best thermal aluminium profiles finished in silver powder coating.

The design approach was to create a building that naturally responded to the dynamics of local climate environment, using passive and active systems for shading and ventilation while latest technology heating and cooling systems have been chosen to add to the philosophy of the building’s sustainable design and minimalize running costs. Every apartment has been issued a separate Class A energy performance certificate by the related Ministry/Energy Service of the Government of Cyprus.

Other features of the project are remote controlled vehicle entrance gates, covered parking spaces for all apartments plus a common use disabled parking place, storage rooms, security fire resistant entrance doors, alarm provisions, central systems cabins, Italian kitchen, Italian interior doors and wardrobes, sanitary ware from renowned European manufacturers and many more.
